Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your silk items and place them in the original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
